2016 Membership Information Page

PAMS wants to thank you for your interest in becoming a member. 

2016 Regular Membership   (January 1 - December 31, 2016)

Includes HME providers operating in Pennsylvania or Delaware who supply medical equipment, orthotics, prosthetics, supplies and services directly to the public. Regular members may exercise privileges outlined in the association's bylaws, including voting, standing for election for office, and serving on standing committees.

Our goal is to make registration or renewal simple.  You can either choose to print a PDF version, fill it out by hand and fax, mail or scan it in or register online.  Whichever you choose, we are here to help.

 
 

Quarterly Option - Four equal payments based on Regular Dues.  Those wanting quarterly membership must sign a payment authorization page to automatically draft their dues each quarter.

Lobbying expenses are nondeductible for Federal income tax purposes and dues paid to associations are nondeductible to the extent of the association’s lobbying expenditures. This provision was contained in the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993.  The deduction of amounts paid to the Association as ordinary and necessary business expenses is subject to federal limitations imposed as a result of the Association’s lobbying activities. It is estimated that 20% of membership dues for 2016 are nondeductible.
