PAMS CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY
PAMS accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Check or Cash. Cancellations must be received in writing four business days prior to the event, to be eligible for full refund less a $25.00 administrative fee. No refund or credit will be given for no-shows or cancellations received after four days prior to the event. Personnel substitutions are permitted. Please contact the PAMS office with any questions:
